Yoga Foundations Workshop is designed to introduce NEW + EXPERIENCED practitioners to the basics of yoga and dispel the:

“I’m not flexible. I can’t do yoga.” MYTH!  

Yoga IS for everyBODY!

Michelle Shipley ERYT will guide + DEMYSTIFY yoga by providing a crash course in yoga language, breath work, proper alignment in asanas (postures), meditation and class etiquette. You won’t levitate but you will leave the class WANTING MORE YOGA!

We will carry this workshop over into a three class foundations practice during August…. after which time you will CONFIDENTLY join any yoga class with knowledge and ease!
