Mothership School of Yoga Est. 2015 – 2023

Mothership School of Yoga co-founded by Michelle Shipley ERYT 500 + Valerie Giles ERYT 500.

For the past 8 years we have offered Yoga Alliance accredited ‘Boutique Style’ 200 and 300 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings. Our mentorSHIPs guide each student through a personalized yoga training, as we are not in the business of cranking out carbon copy instructors, factory-style. We have over – 80 – 200 hours grads and many more yogis have been through our YACEP and 300 hours certifications. One of our greatest accomplishments, and lasting legacy, is witnessing our students ultimately learning to discover themselves through the practice of yoga.

If yoga teaches us anything- it’s the art of letting go – and knowing when to trust the instinct to do so.

Michelle Shipley is taking a sabbatical from training the 200 and 300 RYT’s.

The Mothership School of Yoga will remain registered with Yoga Alliance in perpetuity. If you have not registered your 200 hour or 300 Hour or YACEP course certificate – you may do so at any future time – the credentials earned will not expire. Simply email the Yoga Alliance https://www.yogaalliance.org to register and include a digital copy of your certifications.

Shipley is off to do some more yoga training to expand her personal practice and to enhance future offerings of YACEP courses and RETREATS.
