Valerie’s Philosophy Is: The yoga practice is molded to the student, not the student to the practice.
Valerie’s passion is to bring the healing aspect of yoga to EVERYONE! Under Valerie’s careful eye she directs each student to make the practice accessible. She brings a playfulness and humour to her classes and reminds us all to find that sparkle inside. Hatha, Vinyasa with a nod to Anusara’s strong alignment are the base of her classes.
