If you’ve ever wanted to explore your yoga practice, take your understanding of yoga and knowledge of yourself to a deeper level while spending a month at the beach – this is the right course for you!

Dive into our immersion program hosted in an ocean front accommodation in beautiful Nicaragua. Trade the hustle of city life for warm ocean breezes, tap into the ocean’s cycle of tides as you tune inward, finding your authentic self without life’s daily grind of distractions.

You may want to develop your yoga practice, become a yoga instructor or have already been instructing and now want to become Yoga Alliance Accredited. Whatever your desire, we are happy to help facilitate your yoga journey. Completion of this course will give you a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Teacher Certification.

This is an INTENSIVE course. Classes run Monday through Saturday. Sundays are free to work on courses, rest and explore the rural area of Nicaragua we will reside in, take a panga boat ride through the estuary, partake in surf lessons, a cooking class or just hang out pool side in a hammock.

200 Hour YTT

Mothership School of Yoga’s philosophy is “keeping it real on and off the mat.”

Our objective is to give our students the skills to create and guide a comprehensive Hatha flow and restorative classes comprised of multi-level students. Taking into account physical limitations or injury by incorporating modifications and props while embodying language to cue the class with a strong focus on; alignment, meditation, pranayams, mantras, mudras and bhandas.

Course Includes:

Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology

Yoga Philosophy, Psychology and Lifestyle

Practicum Design and teach a class 15, 30, 45, 60 mins in length.

Ethics and the Business of Yoga
