The physical focus is a balanced approach to core strength.
What is core strength?
Understand what constitutes the core of the body and how it is related to our breath and the broader focus of finding our inner strength, at the core of our being.
A Hatha flow, with a focus on core; pranayam; chanting of the seed mantra to balance your energy centre (chakras), followed by restorative yoga.
CLEAN FOOD LUNCH:
A light, plant – based clean food lunch will be included.
